Another day another person suing Epic Games over dance emotes that it offers in Fortnite. This time out a rapper called BlockBoy JB, his real name is James Baker, has sued. Baker is suing Epic over the use of a dance move he popularized called “shoot.”

The dance move is known as “Hype” on Fortnite. The emote was available for download to those with a Battlepass subscription and was never sold directly for money. The Battle Pass costs up to $10 for three months. Baker took to Twitter to ask fans if he should sue Epic Games over the use of the dance.

I just dont think its fair what Epic is doing, BlocBoy JB said in a press release. I started the dance and made it popular through my music. Epic didnt ask me if they could put it in Fortnite.

This isn’t the first suit over dances in the game, Russell Horning, known as Backpack Kid has filed a lawsuit against Epic for using his flossing move. Baker is suing over copyright infringement among other things reports The Verge.
