Detroit: Become Human Demo Lands Today on PS Store

By

Today marks the first chance that PS4 gamers will have to play the game Detroit: Become Human. A playable demo is due today that will give gamers a chance to get hands-on with the game ahead of its May 25 launch date. The official PlayStation Europe blog is talking the game up and notes that the game has already gone gold.

The game sounds interesting and is described by Quantic Dream as the most branching game it has ever created. Development of the title took four years and the actions and decisions the player makes have an impact on what happens in the game.

Players get to be the writer, director, and main protagonist in the game. Quantic Dream says the game is “A story made of hopes, fears, sadness but also of joy and happiness. A story as much about us, humans, as it is about androids.”

The playable demo is the very first scene of the game called Hostage. It will be on the PS Store starting today. May 25 is a month away and will feel like an eternity for gamers who enjoy the demo.
