Nikon KeyMission 360 Receives Red Dot Award: Best of the Best

The Nikon KeyMission 360 is a waterproof action cam that delivers image stabilization, 4K resolution, 360 degree recording, and about a two-star rating on Amazon. For a while it seemed like GoPro didnt really have much competition and, for the most part, GoPro is still the go-to action cam that people look into first. Regardless of the KeyMission 360s low ratings, it still made its way up into slight recognition through its design. According to a press release, Nikon has been awarded the Best of the Best award by Red Dot for the design of the KeyMission 360.

With the cube like frame of the Nikon KeyMission 360, along with the dual Nikkor lenses, were given the ability to display our adventures in 360 degree video. Although the ratings for the action camera arent the best, its safe to say that (with Red Dot giving awards since the 1960s) out of the 5,500 entries its good that this camera gets some recognition. If only they fixed up the firmware to deliver a working camera.

Amongst Nikons other awards, they have received Red Dot Award: Product Design 2017 for the KeyMission 80, binoculars MONARCH HG and PROSTAFF 3S, rangefinder COOLSHOT 80i VR/COOLSHOT 80 VR, and the Nivo-i (a digital imaging solution).
