Dell Starts Pre-Order Sales For Windows 10

Dell must be ready for a sales boost as the company announced today in a blog post that they are ready to take Windows 10 pre-orders! Starting today, customers in the United States can pre-order select Dell devices with Windows 10 that will ship starting July 29 the day Microsoft releases its new operating system. By pre-ordering a system by 2:00 pm CT on July 29, and your system will ship the same day. This means you can receive your order as early as July 30th!

Devices that are available to pre-orders with Windows 10 on them that are available today include; Inspiron desktops, Inspiron 11 2-in-1, Inspiron 15 laptop configurations and the XPS 8700 desktop.

Dell mentioned in the blog post that they have collaborated with Microsoft for 20 years and that they worked together on this OS to ensure the features that have been included in Windows 10 are ready for their systems. Dell stated that they have more than 2 billion contacts with customers and have been able to give that feedback to help Microsoft develop and enhance the capabilities of Windows 10.
