Porn Viewing on Mobile Devices Leads To Malware

According to a new study from Blue Coat, a Web security and optimization company, nearly one-quarter of the malware on mobile devices comes from viewing porn websites! Less than 1% of web traffic on mobile devices is for adult content, but the study shows that malware is rampant on those sites. That means that those that view porn on mobile devices have a three times higher change of getting malware. Who would have thought that viewing porn on smartphones a far bigger threat than viewing porn on a PC. It looks like the company that launched Mobile Protection (Skins) for smartphonrs back in 2007 was about six years ahead of the times!
