Square Enix E3 2015Square Enix dropped a bomb today with the tease of a full remake of their beloved Final Fantasy 7. While the teaser didn’t show any game play the trailer looked similar to the PS3 benchmark Final Fantasy 7 trailer that was released at E3 2005 to show of the then new console. Now the remake is in the works for the PS4.

Final Fantasy 7 TeaserAlong with this big reveal a new trailer for Kingdom Hearts 3 was shown and provided a new look at the game play and special moves that the main character Sora is able to perform. To compliment the story trailer released earlier this year Deus Ex Mankind Divided got a new game play trailer showing off a weapon upgrade system as well as some new powers for both lethal and non lethal combat. Nothing was shown on the stealth or social side of game play but a bit more of the story was shown in between the game play clips. Speaking of stealth, a new Hitman game was also announced and showed off an open world of game play where the player can choose the avenue of approach and be rewarded for creative thinking. Two more big reveals for Square Enix were announcement for the next title in the Star Ocean Series called Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness. The announcement trailer showed some of the past installments and how they tied together, while the separate game play trailer showed off some of the environments and also a bit of combat with the battle system. A new Nier project was also announced although only a cinematic trailer was shown on the floor. A spin of the Drakengard series, Nier, was an action adventure game with RPG elements set on a decaying earth. Square Enix had a strong E3 showing with solid titles and a few surprises on the show floor. Hitman
