Samsung Galaxy S5 Sales Hit 10 Million in Record Time

Samsung Electronics sold 10 million Galaxy S5 units worldwide in the smartphone’s first 25 days on the market, according to the Korea Economic Daily. Not bad considering that Samsung has said in the past that it took seven months for the original Galaxy S and five months for the Galaxy S2 to reach that milestone. The Galaxy S4 reached 10 million sales in 27 days, so while the Galaxy S5 reached 10 million units sold the quickest, the quickness of sales between units is decreasing. How does that compare to Apple? They launched the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C on the same day and hit 9 million units sold in just three days.
