Are you waiting for the Intel Ivy Bridge-E processors to come out for the LGA2011 platform? The Japanese website Hermitage Akihabara announced today that they expect Intel to begin shipping the Core i7-4960X, Core i7-4930K, and Core i7-4820K processors on September 11th, 2013. The flagship processor is the Core i7-4960X 6-Core CPU that runs at 3.6GHz, but can go up to 4.0GHz in Turbo Mode. This 22nm processor has 15MB of L3 Cache and the max TDP of the processor should be 130 Watts. Some sites are suggesting that you’ll see an performance increases of up to 15% compared to the LGA2011 processors on the market today.
