Lots of gamers have been bragging a bit lately about record player numbers and sales. PlayerUnknown Battlegrounds most notably has been putting up some records of late with it having the most concurrent players on Steam of any non-Valve game. It packed in 481,291 concurrent players back on July 30 of this year. Ubisoft wants people know that Rainbow Six Siege is popular too.

Ubisoft has announced that Rainbow Six Siege has surpassed 20 million registered players. Ubisoft also noted that the game has 2.3 million players login every day reports GameSpot.

“Our community is growing and so is our ambition to make Siege a shooter that is here to stay,” product director Nicolas Lefebvre said in a statement. “The next few weeks are very exciting as it marks the culmination of Operation Health and the release of our next season set in Hong Kong.”

If you played Rainbow Six Siege in the past and found things about it you didn’t like, it might be worth another try. Ubisoft’s Operation Health was an attempt to fix and improve the game and if the player numbers are any indication, the fixes and improvements did the trick.

The next season of Rainbow Six Siege is set in Hong Kong will see gamers get some new operatives to play. Two of them will come from the Hong Kong Special Duties Unit. A new operator from the Polish Grupa Reagowania Operacyjno-Manewrowego will be added along with a new map and more weapons.
