PUBG Responds to Sanhok Event Pass Feedback with Tweaks

By

Gamers have been vocal about some of the things they dont like with the PUBG Sanhok Event Pass. The criticism of the pass has led PUBG Corp to make some changes to the pass to make it fairer for the players. The changes have come via a new PC update that launched yesterday.

The update comes after PUBG Corp added two free items for those who didnt but the Event Pass. The patch landed yesterday on PC test servers and upped the daily XP limit from 80 to 120. Minimum play time for some of the missions to count has been reduced from five minutes to two minutes reports VG247.

To acquire any XP players only have to play for 2.5 minutes per match instead of five minutes. Progress in missions is reflected as soon as the team wins or dies in duos and squads. That was something players had asked for since the previous system was unclear.

Another change made was that the Solos mission requirements now allow players to reach top three after killing two or less people where it was previously top three with no kills. A few issues were fixed in the update, including one that prevented footstep sounds from being made in Sanhok when walking on thatched roofs. An issue causing ADS aim point and bullet trajectory to be off were changed as well.
