AMD today released Catalyst 13.12 WHQL video card drivers.  We aren't exactly sure what is new as the release notes compare the new Catalyst 13.2 WHQL drivers against AMD Catalyst 13.9 drivers.  We have no idea why AMD doing this comparison and have asked for the list of changes since the latest Catalyst 13.11 beta drivers. AMD said that Catalyst 13.12 it includes all of updates found within AMD Catalyst 13.11 Beta V9.5, but we aren't sure if anything else was added. AMD also stated that Catalyst 14.1 Beta drivers would be out early in 2014. Go ahead and grab  Catalyst 13.12 WHQL 32-bit or Catalyst 13.12 WHQL 64-bit drivers if you want to run the latest and greatest.

UPDATE: AMD informed us that Catalyst 13.12 WHQL is basically the WHQL version of the latest 13.11 Beta driver.
