NVIDIA’s Recommended GPU For Star Wars Battlefront

The day we’ve all been waiting for is here, Star Wars Battlefront, the year’s most anticipated multiplayer game has been released! NVIDIA GeForce Game Ready 358.91 WHQL video card drivers are still the latest and greatest drivers that you should be running for the best gaming experience. We know that NVIDIA is working on a newer game ready driver for Assassins Creed Syndicate that might have some Star Wars Battlefront performance enhancements in them, so be on the look out for those later this week. Assassins Creed Syndicate will be releasing on PC worldwide on November 19, less than a month after the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game.

NVIDIA today also announced a couple recommendations for 60 FPS Optimal Playable Settings on GeForce GTX GPUs.

For 2560×1440 NVIDIA found that Star Wars Battlefront a GeForce GTX 980 Ti was capable of the most intensive moments of the game and was still capable of 60 frames per second on the Ultra detail level setting. Those on a 1920×1080 with a High-detail level experience can get away with a GeForce GTX 970 video card. The official Star Wars Battlefront minimum system requirements call for a GeForce GTX 660, which will enable you to run the lowest levels of detail at a tiny 1280×720 screen resolution.
