A new Star Citizen Game Trailer has been released! It was released today during a Holiday Live Stream on www.robertsspaceindustries.com. The trailer is an introduction to the games procedurally generated planet system. The developers note that it is a work in progress, but what they are showing off looks pretty damn good. Star Citizen is a crowdfunded video game that has raised more than $100m (66m) from fans and backers after first appearing on Kickstarter in 2012. The Kickstarter campaign is over, but Star Citizen is still raising money through pre-orders and sales of in-game objects like spaceships. The game title doesn’t have a firm launch date, but it is expected to come out at some point in 2016. The outer space flying game market will be busy in 2016 with the release of Star Citizen and Eve: Valkyrie. Eve: Valkyrie will be a launch title for the Oculus Rift VR gaming headset and is going to be given to all those that pre-order the headset.
