At the BitFenix Support Center, users are now able to submit their inquiries using via an easy-to-use ticketing system. With this new system, users can quickly get their questions answered and also have the ability to track the progress of their request. With the new support system, our goal is to be able to respond to our customers within 48 hours of submission.

Users who currently have open issues and are already communicating with our support team are encouraged to continue using the old system until their issue is resolved.
