MSI X99A GAMING PRO CARBON Motherboard Teased

Intel Broadwell-E processors must be right around the corner as MSI has posted up a sneak peak at their latest Intel X99 motherboard, X99A Gaming Pro CARBON. In the teaser video (linked below) you can see the board lives up to its name with heatsinks and covers that have a touch of carbon. The board also appears to have MSI’s Mystic Light RGB LED feature that supports up to 16.8 million colors and likely some pre-set LED lighting effects to style your rig in any way possible. You can change your boards color by using the Mystic Light App on a PC, phone or tablet over WiFi much like you can on the MSI X99A Godlike Gaming motherboard.

Let’s just hope that the MSI X99A Gaming Pro Carbon is more affordable than the $539.99 MSI X99A Godlike Gaming and $639.00 X99A Godlike Gaming Carbon! Hard to justify spending over $600 on a motherboard these days! The base MSI X99A Raider LGA 2011-v3 board runs $217.00 shipped, so the price tag nearly triples while the chipset and most basic features remains the same.
