G.Skill DDR4 Memory Kits For Kaby Lake Reach 4266MHz

By

Intel Z270 motherboards have been released to support the new Intel 7th Generation Core i3/i5/i7 Kaby Lake processors and memory companies like G.Skill have readied new memory kits for overclocking and performance enthusiasts. G.Skill has been constantly releasing the highest clocked memory kits around, so when we got their latest press release overnight showing off Trident Z DDR4 4266 MHz memory kits we weren’t too shocked by it.

G.Skill TridentZ DDR4

The two new kits that G.SKill is highlighting today are rated at DDR4-4266MHz at CL19-19-19-39 for 16GB (8GBx2) kits and DDR4-4133MHz CL19-21-21-41 for 32GB (8GBx4) kits. Both kits have CL19 memory timings and that is pretty aggressive seeing how fast the clock speeds are. The voltage to get a 16GB 4266MHz DDR4 memory kits is 1.4V, which is the highest that we have ever seen a DDR4 memory kit at.
