Fortnite to get New Compact SMG

A new daily message has popped up in Fortnite that signals a new Compact SMG is coming to the game. The weapon looks like the P90 that is used around the world. One tidbit that is unannounced at this time is exactly when the compact SMG will hit the game.

What we do know from that daily message is that there will be Epic and Legendary versions of the weapon. Fortnite says that the compact SMG “excels at close quarters combat”. The daily message also talked about a couple other things Fortnite is cooking up.

The other that players will like is a new Chop Sr. Outfit and a Chomp Jr. Pickaxe, those are apparently in the Item Shop right now reports Dextro. Save the World is also 50% off right now. While most want Battle Royale today, Save the World was the original game.

The Compact SMG could be a big deal for gamers and give a substitute for players that can’t lay hands on a shotgun right away. The weapon is expected in the next few weeks.
