Fallout 76 NDA Breaker gets Atomic Beatdown by Bethesda and Xbox

Over the weekend a beta was held for Fallout 76 and to participate the chosen gamers had to sign an NDA. That NDA was clear, no posting of pictures, video, or even allowing others to watch you play. One guy decided to ignore all those rules and posted a 90-second video on Twitter reports Forbes.

The rebuke was swift from Bethesda and Xbox. Bethesda watched the video posted to Twitter, saw that the poster invited a Reddit friend to the stress test, which showed the offender’s username. Once the username was seen, Bethesda had the offender’s Twitter account taken down.

Bethesda also banned the user from the beta and stress test until October 25. Xbox was having none of this leaking business and piled its own punishment on top.

The breaker of NDAs also saw his Xbox Gold, Game Pass, and Xbox Insider accounts suspended until January 1. With Fallout 76 launching this month, that means the leaker wont get to play the game on Xbox at launch.
