Roccat Speaks on Sova @ E3 2014

We had the chance to sit down with Roccat Senior PR Manager, Tim Krause who flew in from Germany to be at E3 last week. Tim and his team were very excited to have their newly-announced Roccat Sova a modular, wireless keyboard and mousepad for gaming from the sofa available for us to test out and try. Tim let us play with one of the only prototypes that exist and gave us a a glimpse to when into Roccats thought process as they created this concept:

Roccat build the Sova to be a fully modular wireless keyboard and mouse combination. In fact the Sova has an USB slot that you plug your favorite mouse into and use. The Sova is made of lightweight brushed aluminum and feels solid but not heavy when its on your lap. The mousepad is in a rail system that can move to give a gamer a wider stance with their elbows.

While Roccats Sova has yet to make it to market or have a release date Roccat says to us that the Sova will definitely come to market. We are hoping that this device wouldnt be like so many other companies have in the pastannounce something really big and then it turns into vapor-wear.
