Cooltek – powered by Jonsbo stands for first-class, high-quality HTPC cases for demanding users. The Cooltek UMX1 Plus is aimed at customers who are looking to install a Mini-ITX based living room system in a very appealing case. The high-quality case features a timeless design with a very attractive, classic exterior that blends harmoniously into any interior style.

The UMX1 Plus is an optimized version of the well-known and popular UMX1, which has been modified according to suggestions from our customers. The UMX1 Plus can now be equipped with ATX power supplies. In addition, two PCI expansion slots for the installation of VGA- or sound-cards are available.

The Mini-ITX tower combines a steel chassis for maximum stability with an extravagant designed exterior, where the smooth curves of the UMX1 Plus will automatically draw attention. The exterior hull of the UMX1 Plus is made of 2 mm strong, high-quality aluminum.

The interior has been significantly enhanced when compared to the predecessor. The HDD mounting frame has been removed; instead the power supply is mounted behind the case front on a specially designed frame. The power supply is looped to the rear of the case. The hard disks are mounted at the bottom of the chassis.

The UMX1 Plus in black is now available in stores. The MSRP is 129.99 Euro (incl. 19% VAT). A silver color edition, as well as models with a window Sidepanel also in black and silver color will be available soon.
