If you download the High-Resolution Texture Pack and find that your system doesn’t have the power needed, Bethesda says you’ll be able to disable the texture pack through the game’s launcher. Can’t wait for the texture pack to arrive next week!
Bethesda Announces AMD Radeon RX 490 8GB Video Card

Bethesda slipped up yesterday and announced the AMD Radeon RX 490 8GB graphics card as being the recommended model for the new HD Texture Pack for the PC version of Fallout 4. Many believe this will be AMD’s upcoming Vega 10 GPU powered graphics card and since it was quickly removed from the Bethesda website. The odd thing is that now they don’t show any AMD graphics card as being recommended.
These are the official PC system requirements for Fallout 4s upcoming High-Resolution Texture Pack are pretty tough and you also need to have an additional 58 GB of storage space on your system available to hold the High-Resolution Texture Pack!
