ASUS announces new ROG Ranger Backpack

ASUS has just released a video for their new ROG (Republic of Gamers) Ranger Backpack. The Ranger Backpack will provide gamers, students, and enthusiasts the convenience of storing all their gear within a single bag. This is a nice release from Asus regardless of their competitors’ development of VR backpacks.

The video features the ASUS ROG Ranger Backpack and its ability to store plenty of needed equipment such as a full sized keyboard, (up to) a 17 inch laptop, mouse, secured phone pocket (which could be used for a wide variety of things), headset, and mousepad. This is a lot of valuable equipment to keep in a backpack so Asus provides us with an Integrated security lock to keep our valuables where they belong in the midst of travel.

ASUS’ video also shows a small pocket in the back of the backpack which seems easily accessible, a pouch that can be clipped on to the sides of the Ranger Backpack, as well as a strap that clips together across the chest to secure both shoulder straps. Also, in addition to the security lock ASUS provides safety from heavy rain through a built-in rain cover that fits over the backpack and can easily be stored in a pocket underneath the Ranger Backpack.
