2K and Gearbox Show Off Battleborn at E3 2015

2K and Gearbox Software is showing off Battleborn at E3 this week which is a new hero shooter from the creators of the award winning hybrid role playing shooter Borderlands franchise. Battleborn is a frenetic first person shooter with co-operative combat that is set in the distant future. Gamers will be able to experience a narrative driven co-op campaign or play multiplayer matches. Gamers will have the chance to play both modes with an expansive collection of diverse heroes 25 to be exact.

If Borderlands 2 is a shooter-looter, Battleborn is a hero-shooter, said Randy Pitchford, President of Gearbox Software. As a genre-fused, hobby-grade, co-operative and competitive FPS exploding with eye-popping style and an imaginative universe, Battleborn is the most ambitious video game that Gearbox has ever created.

Battleborn will be available for PC, Microsoft Xbox One, and Sony PlayStation 4 on December 31, 2015 and is available for pre-order now. After playing this title at E3 I will be pre ordering this.
