Zanco tiny T1 is the smallest cell phone in all the land

Look at this tiny phone. It might appear at first glance to be a toy of some sort aimed at children, but it is a fully functional cell phone that you can use to make calls. The device is called the Zanco tiny T1 and it sheds all the extra stuff and retinas only the required parts of a phone.

It has a USB charging port, keyboard, speaker, and a microphone. It also has a nano SIM card slot and an attachment for wearing around your neck on a lanyard. The tiny phone can even send texts if you can manage to touch the keys with your gigantic fingers.

Zanco says that the smartphone is a backup device for a night out or an accessory. If the device is cheap enough you could certainly use it for situations where you dont want your real phone to be messed up.

Word is the device started as a joke that eventually morphed into a real project, it’s on Kickstarter right now raising money to come to market. The tiny T1 is very expensive on Kickstarter with a single device selling for about $47. The project destroyed its $33,444 goal with over $100,000 raised and 22 days to go on the project. Delivery is expected to start in May of 2018.
