Xbox One Gamers Finally Get Destiny PS4 Exclusive Content Two Years Later

By

While many gamers on both the Xbox One and PS4 have moved on form Destiny already to playing Destiny 2, some new content for Xbox One Destiny fans has finally landed. This content was originally a PS4 exclusive and landed for those PS4 players two years ago. The very long delay has left Xbox One gamers understandably irritated.

The PS4 exclusive content was part of the Sony and Activision agreement that sees some content for certain games launch first as a PS4 exclusive. This is what happened with some content from The Taken King that launched back in 2015. Some of that content is only now available for the box One, after two years.

Xbox One gamers finally have access to previously exclusive weapons, gear, a Crucible map, a Strike, quests and other content. Not all of that new stuff was from The Taken King or Rise f Iron expansions. Some of the content was from events held in game like the Sparrow Racing League.

This same exclusive content for PS4 is happening with Destiny 2 as well. Some PS4 exclusive content has been announced including Lake of Shadows Strike, Retribution map, an exotic weapon, and more reports Gamespot.
