WD Unveils My Net AC1300 HD Dual-Band Router and My Net AC Bridge

Western Digital has unveiled its My Net AC1300 HD Dual-Band Router and companion My Net AC Bridge. The AC1300 router supports fast and reliable HD streaming by the use of WD’s FasTrack technology for automatically prioritizing high bandwidth entertainment services such as YouTube and Netflix, along with support for using 802.11n (2.4GHz band) and 802.11ac (5GHz band) wireless signalling simultaneously. It also supports four Gigabit Ethernet ports. Setup is very easy, requiring no setup disc. The device is set up by simply running the integrated automatic setup via the web browser on any smartphone, tablet or PC.


The AC Bridge can be used to convert customers can convert up to four devices like a smart TV, game console, Blu-ray disc player and media player from wired-Ethernet to wireless and get blazing-fast AC Wi-Fi speeds for a smooth HD entertainment experience.
