Temple of Time from The Legend of Zelda on Unreal Engine 4

Unreal Engine 4 looks like it is a force to be reckoned with. Michael Eurek recreated the Temple of Time from the Nintendo classic The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time that came out in 1998 with the tools of 2014.  It is so easy and cheap to access UE4, amazing tech demos have been popping up pretty much daily and they all look great. The footage for Temple of Time was captured from Unreal Engine 4 with the help of Maya, Z-brush and Adobe Photoshop.

“Several months ago, it was suggested to me by a friend that a fun/challenging exercise would be to recreate an environment from an old game I like using modern techniques. I thought this was a great idea, so I have put together a recreation and personal adaptation of The Temple of Time from The Legend of Zelda.” – Michael Eurek
