Retail Packaging and Unboxing
The retail packaging for the SUNBEAMTECH USB3.0 3.5″ External Enclosure is nothing short of eye catching. There are plenty of marketing logos on the front of the packaging. It boasts some of the main features such as super speed USB3.0, 5Gbps transfer rates, and Windows 7 support.
The back of the retail packaging has more of the features. Looking at the back you can see that the SUNBEAMTECH Airbox USB3.0 3.5″ External Enclosure is supported by Windows 2000 SP4 and later, Linux 126.96.36.199 or higher, and of course MAX OS 8.6 and later!
The first side of the SUNBEAMTECH Airbox packaging has a description of the package contents.
The opposing side features the model number: EN-AIR-USB3.0-BK / EN-AIR-USB3.0-EU-bk. It also states the maximum drive size is 2TB, and is compatible with either SATA 1 or SATA 2 hard drives.
The ends of the box are nearly identical aside from some color differences. They both have the name and brand of the product: the SUNBEAMTECH Airbox USB3.0 3.5″ External Enclosure.
Once the packaging is opened up, it is clear to see that the SUNBEAMTECH Airbox USB3.0 3.5″ External Enclosure is well protected inside the packaging.
The package contents are shown above. Everything that you need to install a hard drive is included in the packaging. I would have like to have seen a slightly longer USB3.0 cable. The included cable is a three foot long cable and was a bit of a stretch to the back of my system.
Now that we have taken a look at the packaging and bundle it’s time to take a closer look at the SUNBEAMTECH Airbox USB3.0 3.5″ External Enclosure.
