Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass is Coming!

I loved the Serious Sam franchise back in the day. The games were a ton of fun and you got to blast the crap out of a bunch of bad guys. A new game is coming in the franchise that is being developed by Croteam and published by Devolver Digital.

Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass is the name of the game and the exact launch date for the title is unknown. What we do know is that the game promises all we remember from past games in the series. That means gore, shooting, and one-liners.

The lone teaser imaged appears to be in-game footage and reminds me very much of Terminator 2. A teaser video is also offered, which you can see below. The devs promise that the game will debut at E3 2018 this summer.

Croteam promises it wont have a single desert level. I always liked those desert levels. The teaser video shows Sam cruising on his hog and hints at an open world. The teaser page for the game is on Steam now.
