Rocket League Having Free Steam Weekend until April 25

The sleeper hit car soccer video game Rocket League is free to play to all Steam users this weekend. Rocket League is fun to watch and straightforward to pick up since the core gameplay is soccer (or football if you dont live in the United States) and the free weekend is an opportunity to try it out with lots of other newcomers. The game is free to play now until Monday April 25 at 10 AM PST.
Psyonix, the developer behind Rocket League is also offering 40% off the base game and 20% off the three DLC packs on Steam which expires Monday April 25 at 10 AM PST at the same time the free to play weekend ends. On April 26, a free update called Hoops will introduce a basketball mode to Rocket League. The trailer can be viewed below.
