PUBG Rumored for the PS4 Soon Thanks to Korean Rating Board

By

PS4 fans arent happy that they havent got in on the battle royale action with PUBG, the title that essentially started the craze. Good news for PS4 gamers, the Korean game rating board has posted a listing for a PS4 version of PUBG reports The Next Web. This is also good news for PUBG who has had its thunder stolen by Fortnite of late.

More of that thunder might go away with the launch coming for CoD: Black Ops 4 and its Blackout mode that has gamers buzzing. PUBG first launched on Steam for PC gamers and was then an Xbox exclusive for a long time. Its unclear when the exclusive period is over.

If the game is getting a rating in Korea, it must be ready to launch soon. Reports indicate that Microsoft wanted to expand the exclusive period, but with the game losing so many players that doesnt make much sense.

Keeping PUBG off the PS4 only gives Fortnite more time to steal the show. Not only is PUBG facing stiff competition from other games, it also has major flaws that the devs seem unable to fix.
