Pokmon Quest Hits App Store and Google Play

Mobile gamers looking for something new to download who happen to like Pokmon can now get the game Pokmon Quest. This is sort of like a mix of Minecraft and Pokmon with everything having blocky style. Pokmon Quest was announced and launched on the Switch in May.

The mobile game has players setting up base camps on Tumblecube Island to lure in Pokmon. Trainers can take three of the creatures into battle. The game doesnt offer turn-based combat as the franchise typically offers. Rather players have to tap attack meters when they are full.

The Pokmon fight and attack on their own. That means players dont get to choose moves. You are limited to just tapping a meter to fight reports Polygon. Some will find the game simplistic and boring.

Pokmon Quest is free-to-play but is supported by in-app purchases. The game can be downloaded now and it’s not clear exactly what the in-app purchases provide and if it gives those spending money a leg up on those who don’t.
