OCZ Gold 3700 DDRTue, Jul 15, 2003 - 9:00 AM
For as long as I can remember, those of us that have overclocked have always been “held back” so to say by memory. We either needed faster memory as relating to the timings, or we needed memory that would clock higher. We would hit walls that could not be passed unless you did an extreme mod, and even then, we would only gain a few more FSB. Well, it seems that the memory makers are gearing up for a new onslaught of ram. We are starting to see not only 3500 speed ddr become mainstream, but 3700 is already selling well, and just in the last week we have seen announcements by a few memory companies stating they are releasing 4000 and 4200 DDR memory.
Today, we have some of that recently released ram, specifically, OCZ Technology 3700 Gold DDR.
