NVIDIA today released released GeForce 313.96 beta drivers, which are essentially the same as 313.95 beta drivers that came out yesterday with some installer fixes. It appears that the non-English GeForce 313.95 drivers that international users were downloading has an installation issue, so this update fixes that.
