SANTA CLARA, Calif.September 24, 2015 NVIDIA today announced that GeForce GTX GPUs and G-SYNC monitors will power ESL One at New York Super Week, the East Coasts largest Dota 2 tournament.

Taking place on October 3-4, 2015 at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City, the worlds best Dota 2 teams will compete for a prize pool of US$250,000 at the historic Manhattan venue.

This is the third time this year that NVIDIA GeForce GTX GPUs and G-SYNC monitors have been selected to be the gaming platform for Dota 2, having sponsored ESL One Frankfurt and Valves The International world championship.

ESL has used the GeForce GTX gaming platform for ten years, said Sean Charles, Sr. Director Publisher & Developer Relations at ESL. Professional players demand the highest possible performance and precision, coupled with the lowest latency and most stable gaming platform, and this is something NVIDIA is best-suited to offer us with their technology.
