The 32GB G-Monster CF533x has up to 90MB/s read speeds and 80MB/s write speeds. The 64GB G-Monster CF533x has up to 90MB/s read speeds and 40MB/s write speeds. The 32GB model has twice the write performance and looks like the better choice for those looking for some fast CompactFlash memory for a boot drive or for a high-end DSLR camera.
