In a bid to allow users to keep up with the transition process, Microsoft is offering the Technology Advancement program, which allows users to replace a previously licensed 32-bit version of Microsoft Windows XP Professional and Microsoft Windows Professional Reduced Media Edition with the new version of Windows XP Professional 64-bit Edition.
