ASUS C90S 15.4” Notebook Now Available Through Specialty System Builders
ASUS today announced its innovative C90S barebone notebook is now available through select system builders in North America as fully configurable desktop replacements. With support for current Intel Core 2 Duo desktop processors, the latest optical drives, and the widest range of interchangeable mobile graphics solutions, the C90S maximizes “do it yourself” (DIY) flexibility and opens performance overclocking on a level once reserved to desktop systems. The ASUS C90S supports overclocked Intel Core 2 Duo processors on the Intel 945G chipset, up to and including X6800 Core 2 Extreme. Utilizing exclusive TurboGear technology to boost front side bus, CPU and memory, the C90S intuitively overclocks up to 20% at the touch of a button. Users can now leverage instantaneous performance enhancements without entering BIOS or interrupting tasks with reboots.
