Corsair Announces TX Series Power Supplies - TX750W and TX650W

Corsair today announced the latest addition to their Corsair power supply lineup: the Corsair TX Series. Inspired by Corsair’s award-winning HX Series, Corsair has engineered the TX Series to be a family of high-wattage, high-performance power supplies that meets and exceeds the most demanding specifications of enthusiasts and performance seekers.

Available in 650Watt and 750Watt models, the Corsair TX Series delivers clean and reliable, fully rated output even at 50ºC ambient temperature. Additionally, the TX Series includes two and four PCI-Express 8-pin (6+2) cables on the 650W and 750W models respectively. The TX Series has been thoroughly tested and is compatible with today’s NVIDIA’s SLI and ATI’s Crossfire solutions. With Active Power Factor Correction (PFC) circuitry providing a PF value of 0.99 under full load and 80% or more energy efficiency under a wide range of loading conditions, the TX Series of power supplies generates minimal heat during operation.
