AMD Shows Off Phenom Processor Gaming @ 3GHz
AMD just sent us over an e-mail letting us know that they have publicly shown off their 3GHz Phenom processors to the press at the Analysts Day. AMD stated that the machine they sent pictures of is running Call of Juarez and people have been gaming on it all day. Congrats to AMD for showing off Phenom at a respectable clock speed! Now let's see some media samples followed by retail boxed product!
I wanted to send over these pics for your viewing pleasure. This shows a 3-way CrossFire configuration along with an AMD quad-core at 3GHz. As you can see, the CPU is air-cooled with no extra cooling needed (we had some questions already). Let me know if you have any more questions. These pics were snapped today at our Analysts Day.
