Cingular adding cell sites
Cingular Wireless will announce today it will spend $400 million in 2006 to extend coverage and enhance the quality of service for customers in Illinois and Wisconsin by adding 140 cell sites. Cingular spent $300 million to improve its network last year. This is great new, but what about Missouri?
