ATI Radeon X1900 family already on sale
In a move that is sure to get ATI steaming, several online retailers have X1900 cards for sale - today. Looking at Froogle we find that 8 retailers are carrying the ATI Radeon X1900 XTX. They even have an Radeon X1900 CrossFire Edition available over at Digitally Unique for $604. All I can say is that these hardware companies need to do something about their NDA's. I'm still under NDA, so if there is such a thing as an ATI Radeon X1900 I can't talk about it. This all makes sense right?
Why is this such a big deal? Well the cards don't offically exist until Tuesday. On one hand this is a big no-no, but on the other it is extremely encouraging that lower-tier retailers have available stock. Perhaps this launch won't be as cellulose fiber based as so many have been in the past. Another encouraging thing is that the All-in-Wonder card appears to be available at or near launch.
