AMD Catalyst 12.11 Beta 4 Driver Released - Fixes Medal of Honor Warfighter Issue
It appears that AMD launched new video card drivers this afternoon after an issue was discovered in the drivers that were just launched yesterday. The issue is isolated to to the game Medal of Honor Warfighter though, so it shouldn't be that big of a deal unless you are playing that game. Download the AMD Catalyst 12.11 beta4 driver here. AMD has removed the AMD Catalyst 12.11 Beta3 file, and replaced it with the AMD Catalyst 12.11 Beta4 file, so if you download a Catalyst 12.11 driver from AMD tonight you are getting the correct file.
It came to our attention yesterday that there was an application crash observed with the AMD Catalyst 12.11 Beta3 driver and Medal of Honor Warfighter; only when running in CrossFire configurations with Anti-Aliasing enabled as well. The engineering team very quickly resolved the issue, and we have just made AMD Catalyst 12.11 Beta4 available to resolve the issue for CrossFire configurations.
