Video Shows Samsung Galaxy S3 Running Latest Unreleased Android 4.1 Jellybean OS
Samsung demoed their flagship Galaxy S3 smartphone running the very latest as yet unreleased Android 4.1.1 Jellybean operating system at IFA 2012 in Berlin, Germany - a software update that Galaxy S3 owners are eagerly awaiting.
The video shows what appears to be a member of the public with a camcorder playing around with scrolling, zooming, accessing web pages, typing an email and generally getting a feel for the new operating system and the phone. Note the time index at 13 seconds which shows the phone displaying "Android 4.1.1 JELLY BEAN", proving that it's actually running the updated operating system. All production Galaxy S3's currently run the previous version, Ice Cream Sandwhich. The update is rumoured to be released "sometime this year". We can't wait.
