G-Technology Launches New USB 3.0 External Storage Solutions

G-Technology today announced a new line of portable and desktop USB 3.0 storage solutions for a broad range of users from consumers to audio/video professionals. The move over to the USB 3.0 interface across the product portfolio means increased speeds while still remaining backwards compatible with USB 2.0. The G-Technology portfolio includes G-Drive Slim, G-Drive Mobile, G-Drive mini and G-RAID Mini on the mobile side and G-RAID and G-Drive on the desktop site of things. The G-Technology G-DRIVE slim and G-DRIVE mobile external drive family will be available in Apple Stores in July. The G-DRIVE and G-RAID solutions will be available in August 2012. The G-DRIVE mini and G-RAID mini solutions will be available in Q3 2012.
