New Rainbow Six: Siege Operatives Detailed

By

When Operation Chimera lands for the popular shooter Rainbow Six Siege on March 6, the update will bring a pair of new operators to the mix. The operators will include Finka and Lion, both are biohazard specialists reports Kotaku.

Operator Finka will be able to give her team a nanobot shot before the operation begins and the bots can be activated by her with a signal. Once activated, the bots can give the players a short boost of health, faster aim down the sights and faster reload. The shot also makes recoil on weapons easier to manage.

Word is that the difference between normal recoil and the recoil while hopped up on nanobots is night and day. Lion brings to the game a fancy drone that can fly over the battlefield. The drone is able to see all moving enemies and tag them.

The way to defeat the drone and its tagging capability is to stand still. Once the enemies are tagged, presumably they are easier to track down and kill. Fans still aren’t happy about the paid loot boxes coming to the game, but it’s nice to see the game still being supported with new content going into its third-year post-launch.
