Benchmark Results: In Tomb Raider, the MSI Z97I Gaming AC motherboard takes another small lead over the Gigabyte board. The difference here is the Maximum FPS, the MSI Z97I Gaming AC peaked at 39.9FPS, while the Gigabyte Z97MX Gaming 5 peaked at 32.3FPS. Maximum FPS isn’t a huge deal though since it could hit it once and that’s it. The Average FPS is a better representation of how it performs.
