Motorola Droid Bionic: Upgrade?

By

Motorola leaked information about their upcoming devices on their website by accident. They give a glimpse of the Motorola Xoom 2, two smartphones the Pearl and Targa but no Motorola Droid Bionic. Last month Motorola Mobility said that the Motorola Droid Bionic would be delayed for enhancements this was because of issues with the Tegra 2 chip not working with LTE. Last week there was rumors that the Droid Bionic was running the Nenamark benchmark with a TI chipset which is off because at the CES 2011, the Motorola Droid Bionic was using a NVIDIA processor. It could be a possibility that the Motorola Droid Bionic has been changed, could it be the Motorola Targa?

Early last month, Motorola Mobility came clean and told fans that the Motorola Droid Bionic would be delayed for “enhancements.” At the time it was believed that there was an issue with the Tegra 2 chip not playing nice with LTE. Then just last week, rumors surfaced of a device with the name “Droid Bionic” doing Nenamark tests with a TI chipset. This was strange as we saw the Motorola Droid Bionic with an NVIDIA chipset back at CES in January.
