Microsoft has acquired Unveil Technologies, and have apparent plans to implement their speech-recognition software into later version of Microsoft’s Speech Server.
Microsoft has acquired intellectual property assets of Unveil Technologies, a Waltham, MA-based company whose software enables call centers to develop speech rec dialogues based on agents’ conversations with customers.
