E3 doesn’t kick off for a few more days yet, but there is already some gaming news coming out. If you are a fan of the Mega Man franchise it might be hard for you to wait until August rolls around. Capcom has confirmed that it is launching Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 in August. The collection will feature a bunch of Mega Man games crammed into one collection you can buy at the same time.

The collection includes Mega Man 7, 8, 9, and 10 in a single game for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Capcom says that the new collection spans the evolution and retro revolution of the side scroller. Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 is a follow up to the first Legacy Collection that launched in 2015 and included Mega Man 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.

Collection 2 brings the games into the 16-bit and 32-bit eras and has bonus content and extra challenges that weren’t in the original games. The game does include an Extra Armor feature to make it easier for new players to get into the game and reduces damage by half. The new collection also gains checkpoint saves to allow you to pick up your game where you let off.

Another gain in the new collection is a Challenge Mode that changes stages up and allows you to compete against others in online leaderboards. A museum feature has an archive of art, sketches, development material, and full music player with tracks from the game. Collection 2 launches August 8 and will sell for $20 as a digital download or in retail stores reports GameSpot.
